About The Role
Location: Bristol Central BS5 0AE
Salary and Financial Benefits
£26,686 per year, plus a bonus (with an average quarterly team bonus of around 1012%) and benefits package. This includes an annual salary review, a generous pension scheme, a Sharesave scheme, free on-site parking and vouchers to celebrate milestone birthdays and long service achievements.
Sociable Working Hours
This is a 40-hour per week role, worked across any 5 out of 7 days. You will benefit from a supportive work-life balance with a mix of weekday shifts, either 8:15am4:45pm or 9:15am5:45pm.
If working on a weekend, shifts are 8:45am5:45pm on Saturdays and 9:45am4:15pm on Sundays.
We support individual needs through fair and advanced rota planning. You will not be expected to work every weekend, providing the consistency and predictability to plan personal commitments.

Alongside flexible and predictable working hours, we recognise the importance of time away from work. You will receive 28 days holiday (increasing with length of service), plus an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.
