The role of a Store Manager is vital in achieving strong store performance and supporting the development of your team. You'll spend most of your time helping customers, finding solutions and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Encourage a positive and flexible approach to daily management of the store/team Managing, recognising and rewarding your team whilst maximising the performance of your store Identify the potential of your team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent Full ownership of store financial contribution in order to drive sales and control costs Ensure you and your team always provide the highest level of customer service in person, by phone and email Maintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve store performance Full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store Ensure you take accountability for all aspects of store performance and team development Some light physical activity is involved, such as moving equipment and carrying out store checks. Full training and equipment are provided.
