Initial Driver CPC Module 4
For a new LGV driver who passed their CAR test AFTER Jan 97 and LGV test AFTER Sep 09 and requires an Initial Driver Qualification Card (DQC) to be employed as a professional driver. The Module 4 Course (only) includes:
- Module 4 Practical training day with a qualified instructor
- Use of DVSA approved minimum test vehicle
- Module 4 DVSA practical test fee
- DQC (issued later by the DVSA)

- JAUPT Approved Driver CPC Training
- All DVSA training up-load fees
- Certificates of training
- DQC (issued later by the DVSA)
