We are currently looking for a
Photographer/Videographer
to join our team at Big Think. You will be a key member of our marketing and creative team, managing the delivery of engaging, high-quality visual content for both clients and the agency.
You are a
skilled photographer/videographer
who is
passionate about visual storytelling
and ready to
handle the complete content lifecycle
, from concept development to final delivery. You will work closely with the colleagues across the agency to interpret creative briefs and deliver a quality output to meet these goals.
You are early in your career
, but must have a demonstrable experience in all aspects of the role from planning/ideation, shooting and editing, with a strong ability in food and drink photography highly desirable.
This is a part-time role based out of our Glasgow office, with time spent out of office with clients and on content shoots. Due to the nature of our work and the mix of clients you\โll work with, you may be called upon to support on projects and events in the evening or at weekends.

Key attributes for this role:
This is a part time role suitable for a creative early in their career, whether that be a photography/videography student, recent graduate, or a self-taught professional.
- Up to 3 years photography/videography experience with a portfolio of work.
- Plan and execute professional content shoots both in-house and on location.
- Plan, film and direct short-form video content suitable for various digital platforms.
- Actively participate in creative discussions, providing insight and sharing ideas.
- Strong post-productions skills, using suitable editing software to produce high quality content.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver client\โs briefs and shoot objectives.
- Support the creative ideation and content delivery for the agency with a consistent output to be used across our marketing channels.
- Ensure all final visual assets are correctly formatted and optimised for their intended use.
- File, organise and archive all final and raw footage/photos on the agency\โs management system to ensure easy accessibility for the wider team.
