We are on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to join the Client Services team within our growing agency. You’ll ideally have an agency background, be used to working across multiple campaigns and projects at any one time and have the ability to help us grow and retain key clients across marketing, web and design.
You’ll be fully immersed in the end-to-end delivery of projects including website design & build, search marketing, media and design, reporting to an Account Director within the team.
Building strong relationships with clients will be a key part of this role, and in particular the successful candidate will be expected to work closely day to day with both our client’s internal teams and our in-house agency team. You’ll have a strong understanding of the creative process, and an awareness of how commercial considerations drive business and client outcomes.
This is a full-time role based in our office in Glasgow, there is flexibility for some remote work, and an expectation for you to be out of the office regularly meeting with clients and new business prospects.

- Strong account management and client service skills, with a clear understanding of how to deliver value for clients.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, delivering work on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Confident working directly with clients to deliver projects across a range of marketing disciplines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their role within wider campaigns.
- Some experience delivering website projects from brief through to launch.
- Proactive in building trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Support the Account Director in the successful retention and growth of client accounts.
- Ability to write clear, detailed briefs for internal and external teams and lead campaign and project wash-ups.
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting and budget management skills, working to deliver this alongside your Account Director.
- A collaborative team player who contributes to improving team performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently (training offered, and support from wider team available to you).
The last 2-3 years has seen us attract a host of new clients across entertainment, healthcare, leisure and the arts, and in turn this has seen us shape our service offering. We are now a proud mix of marketers (media buying, PPC, SEO, email, content), design (web, print, videography, animation) and developers.
The agency has recently moved office and is based in Glasgow city centre.
