Role Purpose: We’re hiring a senior operator to run the content engine of the agency for a start-up marketing agency. This role owns the full lifecycle of content delivery, from brief intake to final sign-off, ensuring work is executed at speed, at scale, and to a consistently high standard. You will be the operational backbone of the creative team, turning client briefs into structured production pipelines and making sure nothing slips. All client briefs flow from our two Account Managers into you. From there, you control prioritisation, delegation, quality, and delivery. This is not a passive coordination role. We’re looking for someone who can build systems, enforce standards, protect creative quality, and scale output without chaos. You’re effectively the air traffic controller of the agency.

- Protect the agency’s creative reputation
- Team Leadership & Delivery Standards
- Set expectations for speed, quality, and accountability
