As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently great food while working alongside a high-energy kitchen team. You’ll lead by example during busy services, support junior team members, and help keep standards high across prep, cooking, and presentation. We’re looking for a Chef De Partie who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
