Responsibilities
- Work within a busy central kitchen supporting the chef team with daily food production.
- Prepare ingredients to specification, including weighing and measuring components accurately.
- Follow company recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency.
- Assist with washing up, cleaning down workstations, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Pack finished products efficiently and accurately, including labelling where required.
- Prepare items for dispatch in line with production schedules.
- Work at pace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide proactive support to the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
