As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General and Deputy Managers in running a buzzing restaurant, leading shifts, motivating the team and making sure every guest leaves happy. You’ll be hands‑on, visible on the floor, and confident jumping in wherever needed — from coaching the team to keeping standards spot‑on during busy services.
