You'll coach Explainers to deliver confident, welcoming and inclusive face-to-face engagement, working with Duty Managers to ensure a consistently great visitor experience.
You'll collaborate to interpret visitor feedback, shape engagement ideas, and line manage the Lead Maker and Science Engagement Laboratory Technician.
