We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial operations of a growing business based in Diss. The Role:
- Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business by managing all aspects of finance, including:
- Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring robust controls and efficient processes.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Managing statutory accounts, VAT, PAYE, and other tax compliance requirements.
- Leading and developing a small finance team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
- Providing financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Managing cash flow, working capital, and liaising with external auditors and stakeholders.
About You:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with solid experience in a similar role.
- Strong financial reporting and compliance experience with a hands-on approach.
- A commercially minded finance leader who can support senior stakeholders with key insights.
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
- Proficient in financial systems and Excel, with excellent attention to detail.
