Big Science Sweden is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the delivery of two next-generation radio telescopes located in South Africa and Australia. The main focus will be on the computing infrastructure for monitoring and controlling the telescopes while processing and packaging scientific data.
The successful candidate will join a cross-functional team responsible for the networking and compute hardware, engaging closely with project managers and technical specialists.
This role is offered as a three-year fixed-term contract based at the SKAO Headquarters in Jodrell Bank, Cheshire, UK.
