Technology Operations Manager

Location: Milton Keynes Salary: GBP 70,000 – GBP 80,000 per annum Start Date: 31/08/2025 Contract Type: Permanent Job Description: Are you a Technology Operations Manager wanting to deliver within a high performing environment? Our client operates in a 24/7 high availability environment. You will have a technical mindset to coordinate and deliver high standards of IT Operations. You may come from a Service Desk, Service Delivery, or Infrastructure background to facilitate in-depth technical conversations. You will manage a small team including Platform Engineers and an Incident Manager. Your approach will guide the day-to-day operations, maintaining close contact with ongoing activities to continuously improve production. You will indirectly lead third-party suppliers, ensuring service levels are met through your supplier management expertise.
