The business operates a long-standing, highly customised ERP platform which is approaching end-of-life. Your role will be to document the current state, identify gaps, and define future requirements that will inform the next phase of system evolution. Your focus will be on processes, systems usage, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities

- Document AS IS processes and produce clear process maps
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and blockers within current systems
- Define requirements for future system enhancements
- Produce user stories, functional documentation, and backlog items
- Support Agile ceremonies and work closely with development teams
- Provide structured reporting on risks, dependencies, and progress
- Create documentation where none currently exists
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' Business Analysis experience

- Experience working with ERP systems (legacy environments desirable)
- Confident running workshops and extracting knowledge from long-standing employees
- Strong documentation skills, able to create clarity from ambiguity
- Comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment
