This role is a key, business-critical role with strong backing from senior leadership. This is a greenfield opportunity to build and shape a testing function from the ground up. You will take ownership of introducing structure, governance, and best practice, ensuring testing is properly embedded across the full delivery lifecycle.

- Define testing frameworks, processes, and governance
- Embed testing across end-to-end delivery cycles
- Introduce reporting and metrics to improve release quality
- Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders
- Work closely with development teams while maintaining QA oversight
- Shape the approach to manual vs automation testing
- Support and guide additional testing resource where needed
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience setting up or improving a testing function, working independently or within a small team
- Solid understanding of the full test lifecycle and risk-based testing
- Experience in complex environments with integrations across multiple systems
- Knowledge of test automation approaches
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to drive change
