The role

Technology environment

You are an experienced Business Analyst who is comfortable working across different systems and domains. You are able to pick up new concepts quickly and apply them in a practical way. You may have experience with data, automation or digital change initiatives, but deep technical expertise is not required. What matters is your ability to understand problems, ask the right questions and support delivery. You are confident working with both business stakeholders and technical teams and are focused on outcomes rather than just documentation.
Location and salary
The role is based in London, as the majority of key stakeholders are office-based there, and regular in-person collaboration will be important for building relationships and understanding the business. As this is a newly created position, there is flexibility around the salary. We are open to discussion depending on experience, with an expected range of up to £65,000.
