Lead complex delivery at the heart of a high-growth, real-time data environment. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a thriving Programme Management Office who are supporting some of the most business-critical product streams in the organisation. With a portfolio focused on complex software and product delivery, including live data streaming, automation, and third-party integrations, you’ll be at the centre of innovation and operational change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning full project lifecycle delivery for major digital and operational initiatives.
  • Working with dedicated, ringfenced product teams including BAs, Architects, and Developers.
  • Leading Agile ceremonies, managing interdependencies, and reporting to Executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinating delivery across software platforms that integrate real-time data feeds, third-party APIs, and internal optimisation tools.
  • Supporting diverse workstreams such as building expansion, product optimisation, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • You’ll work on engaging programmes involving data platforms, operational automation, and innovative broadcasting solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–10 years of experience in project or programme delivery, ideally with agile and SAFe Agile frameworks.
  • Background in product delivery or software delivery within high-transactional or data-driven environments.
  • A confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable managing complex delivery landscapes with competing priorities and high visibility.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, project governance tools, and agile delivery reporting.
