Lead enterprise sales in structured cabling and tech infrastructure with a remote-first role with big-brand clients, complex projects, and a high-reward model.

Location: Remote or hybrid (HQ in Yorkshire – travel as needed)

Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 + £5,000 car allowance + commission

Benefits: Private medical (post-probation), 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, and bonus time off at Christmas.

What you’ll be doing:

  • This is a hands-on, full-cycle role where you’ll win new business, grow accounts, and scope out integrated tech solutions across multiple industries.
  • You’ll be supported by technical teams, but your edge comes from being commercially astute, autonomous, and highly driven.
  • Identify and secure new enterprise clients through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Cross-sell technology solutions into existing accounts to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong OEM and partner relationships.
  • Lead proposals, scope complex projects, and close commercial agreements.
  • Own your pipeline, hitting and exceeding KPIs with confidence.
