We are looking for a technology leader to help modernise engineering, drive AI innovation, and shape the future of the platform. An experienced CTO looking for a high-impact transformation role, or a Head of Engineering ready to take the step into their first CTO position.
- Open source development knowledge is key
- You will inherit a knowledgeable engineering team and play a key role in transforming a legacy software environment into a modern SaaS engineering function.
- Defining technology and engineering strategy
- Leading Agile and DevOps transformation
- Supporting cloud migration towards AWS

The role is based in Reading 3 days per week with 2 days working from home. There is a salary banding of £130,000 - £160,000 depending on experience + benefits.
