If you’re looking for a workplace that values tradition, encourages innovation, and inspires design excellence, could this be the perfect fit for you?Role: Project ManagerSalary: £40,000 – £55,000 Location: Mansfield 3 days per week About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to build and define the project management function from the ground up. You will:

  • Lead major projects like the US launch of a B2B transactional website, ERP rollout (ODOO), and CRM implementation (Monday.com).
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all departments to align requirements, manage dependencies, and keep everyone informed.
  • Bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives, identifying cross-functional impacts and resolving potential conflicts.
  • Work alongside development teams, understanding project history and supporting delivery.
  • Enjoy the freedom to shape processes, tools, and methodologies — we’re flexible, from Notion to Microsoft Project or Monday.com.

About You:

  • Proven project management experience in technology or business transformation.
  • Exceptional communicator — you’ll be the glue that holds teams together.
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and loves building structure in a dynamic environment.
  • Ideally, experience in manufacturing or retail (B2B sales a plus).
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or ticketing systems (e.g., ODOO, Monday.com, Halo) is advantageous.
