New Business Development Manager – Technology ServicesJoin One of the UK’s top multi-discipline service providers, delivering seamless electrical, mechanical, data, IT, and maintenance solutions under one roof.We’re not here to play small. After a record-breaking £38m year, we’re scaling fast, and we need a New Business Development Manager to drive the next wave of growth in our tech division.The Role:You’ll hunt down new enterprise clients, grow key accounts, and sell cutting-edge solutions, think structured cabling, Wi-Fi, CCTV, EPOS, access control, end-user compute, and more. From prospecting to closing, you’ll own the sales cycle.Role: New Business Development ManagerSalary: £55,000 – £80,000 DOE Location: Rotherham – happy for people to be remote or hybrid. Benefits: 
  • Salary plus £5K per annum car allowance
  • Commission scheme
  • 3% company pension contribution  (post probation period)
  • Private medical Employee  (post probation period)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays although x3 to be taken at Christmas

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

  • Winning new business in sectors like retail, construction, and hospitality.
  • Growing revenue in existing accounts with smart cross-selling.
  • Building partnerships with OEMs and tech integrators.
  • Leading bids, scoping solutions, and closing deals.
  • Keeping your pipeline sharp and your targets smashed.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Knows B2B tech sales inside out—especially cabling, IT infrastructure, or managed services.
  • Has a proven track record with enterprise accounts.
  • Gets the commercial game—profit, margin, value.
  • Builds relationships fast and follows through harder.
  • Thrives on autonomy and results.
