Our client is seeking an established Director of IT to shape the future of technology for a global organisation. You'll oversee IT infrastructure, workplace technology, and service delivery across multiple locations - ensuring scalability, security, and outstanding user experience.
Working closely with Group level IT, you will modernise cloud platforms (Azure), enhance end-user services, and embed ITIL and DevOps practices to deliver continuous improvement.
You will:
- Lead infrastructure and service delivery operations for a global enterprise.
- Optimise cloud, workplace, and collaboration technologies (Microsoft, ServiceNow).
- Drive operational excellence through automation, KPIs, and robust vendor management.
- Manage multimillion-pound budgets and guide strategic investment.
You bring:
- 10+ years in IT leadership, including 5+ at Director level.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure, Azure, and IT service management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven success driving digital transformation at scale.
