Overview
Are you a seasoned IT Service Delivery Manager who wants to take full ownership of an IT support function? This is an opportunity to lead the design and build of an end-to-end IT support function for a household name in UK retail. You’ll be joining the business at a pivotal moment – the organisation is ready to modernise its IT support offering and elevate its customer-facing services. You’ll be trusted with a blank sheet of paper to set the agenda, define structure, and choose support tooling. You’ll help connect support teams and 3rd parties through setting up modern processes, navigate a data-heavy application landscape, and championing change within IT support.

- Lead the design and build of an end-to-end IT support function.
- Set the agenda, define structure, and select appropriate support tooling.
- Connect support teams and third parties by establishing modern processes.
- Navigate a data-heavy application landscape and drive change within IT support.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in service delivery management roles.
- Proven ability to lead through change.
- Confident working across applications and data challenges.
- Knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and confidence in implementing best practices and IT support tooling.
- Experience managing or working closely with third-party suppliers.
The role is based in Solihull, with hybrid working (3 days onsite) expected with a salary of £65,000–£75,000.
