You’ll play a key role in driving growth, building relationships with new clients, and pitching creative stand solutions that deliver real results. With your business development expertise and passion for live events, you’ll help shape memorable spaces that bring brands to life.
You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that thrives on creativity, quality, and attention to detail. This is a hybrid, client‑facing role with regular travel to exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings across the UK and Europe. Location: Warwickshire up to 3 days per week – must be willing to travel to events in the UK and internationally.
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + up to £20,000 commission pot.

- 2+ years experience in a business development role

- A valid UK driving licence and passport
