You will play a key role in driving growth, building relationships with new clients, and pitching creative stand solutions that deliver real results. With your business development expertise and passion for live events, you will help shape memorable spaces that bring brands to life. You will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that thrives on creativity, quality, and attention to detail. This is a hybrid, client-facing role with regular travel to exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings across the UK and Europe.
Location: Warwickshire, up to 3 days per week. Must be willing to travel to events in the UK and internationally.
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + up to £20,000 commission pot.

Ideally, you will have:
- 2+ years' experience in a business development role
- Ideally an understanding of the exhibitions and events sector
- Excellent client-facing, pitching, and negotiation skills
- A commercial mindset with experience pricing and scoping projects
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Europe, with occasional overnight stays
- A valid UK driving licence and passport
