What You’ll Lead
- End-to-end transition and exit from a major outsourced IT services contract
- Migration of services, platforms, data, people and processes into new providers or in-house teams
- Alignment and governance across multiple technology suppliers
- Contractual, commercial and operational compliance throughout every transition phase
- Senior stakeholder direction—ensuring clarity, challenge and continuity at every step
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IT or BPO transitions in complex environments
- Strong understanding of contract exits, legal considerations and multi-supplier ecosystems
- The ability to map, analyse and restructure complicated IT and operational landscapes
- Leadership, resilience and influential communication in politically sensitive or high-pressure settings
Highly Advantageous
- Experience in utilities, energy or regulated environments
- Background handling TUPE-heavy transitions
- Exposure to simultaneous operational, data and technology change programmes
