About the company
This organisation plays a critical role in the UK gas market, acting as the Central Data Service Provider and overseeing the delivery of essential data services. What you\’ll be doing
This is a hands-on engineering role with strategic potential. You\’ll work on cutting-edge AI/ML solutions and help the business realise tangible, data-driven outcomes. You\’ll:
- Design, build and deploy AI and automation tools across the business
- Partner with architecture teams to embed AI in core services
- Develop data mining techniques for structured and unstructured data
- Drive innovation and identify emerging use cases for AI/ML
- Translate technical concepts for stakeholders across varying levels of digital maturity
- Champion ethical AI practices and ensure responsible development
You\’ll also play a key role in major transformation projects, shaping the way AI supports operations across the energy landscape.
What we\’re looking for

- A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions
