It's hybrid. The team meet at the Solihull offices twice a week.
And they're looking for another engineer to join them.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days maintaining the same pipelines or churning out reports.
You'll work across the data lifecycle, building pipelines, integrating systems, modelling data and helping the business get real value from its information.
There's also the opportunity to gain exposure to application development, Power BI, Oracle technologies and emerging AI solutions.

Good SQL skills and experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
An understanding of data modelling and data warehousing.
Experience with Microsoft data technologies, whether that's SSIS, Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric.
The confidence to engage with stakeholders and understand what they're trying to achieve.
A genuine appetite to learn new technologies and broaden your skills.
