The Opportunity
We're hiring a hands-on Business Process Analyst to support a major transformation programme focused on simplifying processes, improving customer experience, and driving operational efficiency. You'll work alongside a consultancy delivering the vision - taking ownership of detailed process design and real-world implementation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Turn high-level designs into detailed "to-be" process maps
- Run workshops with stakeholders to map, challenge, and improve processes
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps
- Support embedding and adoption of new processes
- Work across multiple workstreams (eg complaints, repairs, lettings, service charges)
- Feed light requirements into digital backlogs where needed
This is a delivery-heavy role (~90% process-focused), not a traditional documentation BA position.

- Strong process mapping (BPMN) experience
- Proven track record in business process improvement (BPI)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
