We are supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Azure Integration Developer to join a major migration initiative focused on moving from MuleSoft to Azure Integration Services (AIS). This role will sit within a complex, federated business environment and play a key part in Phase 2 of the programme, focused on API services, reusable integrations, and cloud-native architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise APIs and integrations using:
- Azure API Management (APIM)
- Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- Service Bus
- Event Grid/Event Hub
- Support the migration of integrations and services from MuleSoft into Azure.
- Build scalable, secure, and reusable API-led integration solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders across multiple domains.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, monitoring, and operational support.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards across security, performance, documentation, and quality.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services
- Proven API development and enterprise integration experience
- Strong development background with:
- C#
- .NET/.NET Core
- REST APIs
- Experience with:
- Azure API Management
- Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- Service Bus
- Previous exposure to MuleSoft environments or migration programmes
- Understanding of API-led and event-driven architecture
- Experience working within large enterprise or federated environments
- Azure DevOps/CI-CD pipeline experience
Desirable
- Previous MuleSoft Azure migration experience
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform/Bicep)
- Microsoft Azure certifications
