Big Red Recruitment Midlands Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to be the SME for Workday Payroll.
You will maintain, optimise and implement payroll processes supporting the business and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
In this role you will configure Workday Payroll, manage incidents, run testing including UAT, and produce payroll reports while ensuring GDPR data governance and a smooth employee experience.
Coventry-based, hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.
