We are working with a leading EdTech organisation whose mission is to revolutionise online access to learning. They are an established start-up looking to continue their growth and expansion, not just in the UK but globally.

They are looking for an experienced content manager to support their growth plans, playing a key role in developing and delivering compelling content that drives further engagement while managing their freelance network. This role is ideal for a content specialist who understands how to create and optimise content to engage, inform and convert prospective customers. You will be responsible for overseeing content planning, production, and performance across digital channels to support customer recruitment and brand awareness.

SALARY: £45,000-£55,000 + BENEFITS

LOCATION: LONDON (HYBRID 1 OFFICE DAY PER WEEK)

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in Content, with experience of managing a freelance network.
  • Both B2C and B2B Content experience.
  • Familiarity with gen AI tools for content development.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to create content that drives engagement.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Pardot, or similar tools to track content performance and ROI.
  • Experience working within EdTech/Commercial Education would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of international content marketing and localisation strategies.
