You will act as the commercial and strategic owner of Shopify, balancing data-driven decision making with a deep understanding of our brand and customers.

    • Identify and unlock opportunities to scale revenue to £Ms while maintaining strong margins.
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
    • Run a structured, insight-led CRO programme across Shopify in conjunction with our CRO expert.
    • Use quantitative and qualitative insights (e.g. analytics, user behaviour, testing, customer feedback) to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
    • Prioritise and deliver testing plans that measurably improve conversion, AOV and customer experience.
    • Share learnings across teams and embed a culture of continuous optimisation.
  • Paid Media Performance
    • Work closely with Paid Media specialists to increase PPC profitability and scalability.
    • Ensure landing pages, product pages and user journeys are optimised to support paid traffic.
    • Use performance data to inform spend allocation, creative direction and on-site improvements.
    • Balance growth and efficiency as budgets scale.
  • Brand Representation
    • Be a custodian of the brand across the Shopify experience.
    • Ensure site design, content, tone of voice and UX fully represent the brand at every touchpoint.
    • Work with Brand and Creative teams to launch campaigns, product drops and seasonal activity.
