You’ll own product discovery and delivery across our range of digital products. This is a hands‑on PM role embedded in a small, fast‑moving team. You’ll build and run our Continuous Discovery practice from the ground up: running regular customer interviews, designing and interpreting experiments, and translating insights into a prioritised backlog. You’ll report directly to the Head of Digital and work day‑to‑day with our developers, designer, and external development partners.
Continuous Discovery
- Own the discovery cadence for digital products - customer interviews, assumption testing, and opportunity mapping
- Build and maintain Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs) for each product, surfacing the highest-value problems to solve
- Design and run lightweight experiments (prototype tests, A/B tests, concierge tests) to validate solutions before build
- Synthesise qualitative and quantitative signals into clear evidence based product decisions
- Champion continuous discovery across the team
Product Strategy & Prioritisation
- Translate the digital north stars into quarterly outcome targets and a prioritised backlog for each product
- Work with the Head of Digital to maintain a coherent product roadmap aligned to the KPI framework
- Balance discovery work with delivery - ensuring the team always has a clear, validated queue of work to build
Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Own the sprint backlog, writing clear tickets for the dev team
- Communicate product progress, risks and decisions to the Head of Digital and wider business stakeholders
- Manage dependencies across digital products
AI-Accelerated Ways of Working
- Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ticket writing, and reporting
- Build reusable prompt patterns and workflows for recurring PM tasks
- Reduce manual admin across the product function
What success looks like
- A continuous discovery cadence is running within 90 days - regular interviews, live OSTs, and a tested experiment backlog
- The team has a clear, outcome-oriented roadmap that the wider business understands and trusts
- Product decisions are grounded in customer evidence, not assumption
- Reduced reliance on the Head of Digital for day‑to‑day product prioritisation
- Digital products are progressing measurably toward their north star outcomes
- Strong working relationships with development partners and the internal team
We’re committed to building a team that reflects a wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives, and we encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
