Responsibilities
- Follow production schedules and work orders accurately.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely (e.g., kettles, mixers, blenders etc.).
- Weigh and prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Monitor quality of products (appearance, consistency, temperature).
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow hygiene procedures.
- Record production data, batch codes, and completion times.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Report any safety or quality issues to Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Comply with food safety, allergen, and Health & Safety regulations.
