Big Picture has provided technical sales and training teams to the IT and electronics industry worldwide since 1996. Clients have included Dell, Intel, Microsoft, Canon, Amazon, and Panasonic, working across all segments and verticals.

Big Picture's award-winning teams work with direct sales, channel partners, and customers to drive adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions to a global audience. As our teams expand further into the channel, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager to manage new teams dedicated to growing and closing sales opportunities, and deliver our clients' objectives to grow their business and market segment share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the clients' objectives on sales and training outcomes for the team to deliver to both channel partners and customers.
  • Plan both team activities and measurement criteria to ensure the team overachieves on expectations.
  • Build a strong cadence of reporting to measure success and identify training/service gaps.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the services and report progress against objectives both internally and with the clients.
  • Identify any instances of underperformance and build a program to support the teams in removing any barriers to success.
  • Improve the ongoing service delivery by collating feedback from all internal and external stakeholders and recommending changes to align with more successful outcomes.
  • Grow the reach and size of the team and the services they offer, taking advantage of the growth in opportunities and digital engagement platforms encountered over time.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • 5+ years in-depth knowledge of the IT sales market, both in direct and indirect channels.
  • Excellent reporting and analysis acumen.
  • Pro-active management experience - leading from the front.
  • Innovative team building and motivational skills.
