- Drive Revenue & Market Share
Boost sell-in and sell-out performance across a defined South UK territory. Push Lenovo solutions to the top of the recommendation list through strategic partner and channel engagement. - Build High‑Value Channel Partnerships
Develop strong, commercially focused relationships with B2B resellers and trade partners. Ensure Lenovo’s portfolio is front of mind and front of conversation. - Champion the Lenovo Portfolio
Become a true product expert — able to translate features into compelling business outcomes. Influence seller behaviour by aligning Lenovo solutions with partner needs and customer profiles. - Train, Motivate & Empower Channel Teams
Coach sales staff to confidently position and prioritise Lenovo. Deliver impactful training sessions that elevate product understanding and sales confidence.
Skills and Experience
- A proven track record in technology sales within a B2B or channel environment (3 years)
- Demonstrable success hitting (and smashing) revenue and performance targets.
- Strong influencing skills — you know how to shift mindsets and drive action.
- A full UK manual driving licence (12 months).
- Flexibility for field travel across the South region.
