As our teams expand further into both consumer and channel, we are looking for a Field Team Manager to manage new teams dedicated to growing and closing sales opportunities, and deliver our clients\’ objectives to grow their business and market segment share.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team to deliver excellence in field sales and training execution.
- Strategic Execution: Translate client strategies into actionable field plans that drive measurable results.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and activity levels, address underperformance proactively, and celebrate success.
- Reporting & Insights: Own internal and external reporting, providing clear insights into field activity, performance trends, and ROI.
- Customer Engagement: Innovate new, creative ways to engage customers and elevate brand experiences across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align goals and ensure seamless execution.
