We’re seeking a B2B Channel Marketing Manager who thrives in partner-driven environments and enjoys turning insight into execution. In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge the gap between marketing strategy and sales outcomes by strengthening partner relationships, enhancing visibility, and delivering growth at scale.
The B2B Channel Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in a fast-moving team that develops and executes high impact marketing strategies and programs that drive demand and revenue through the channel ecosystem. You will need to be both a natural leader and collaborator that empowers partners to elevate the customer experience in indirect sales channels for measurable growth whilst aligning with the company’s commercial marketing.
You must have 3+ years experience delivering marketing activities through Channel Partners and Distribution in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial marketing strategies aligned with OEM business objectives for the UK & Ireland market.
- Partner with distributors and resellers to design and deliver quarterly co-marketing initiatives, leveraging Market Development Funds and targeted communication plans.
- Integrate OEM-owned and end-user campaigns into commercial marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and brand amplification across all channels.
- Oversee and manage marketing and co-marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum impact.
- Design and administer commercial incentive programmes to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Plan and execute experiential marketing events, including conferences, exhibitions, training sessions, and VIP engagements.
- Coordinate regular engagement with Partners, and other key commercial stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to commercial clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating marketing strategies, activities, and results.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or product/category marketing, ideally within the PC or technology sector.
- Demonstrable understanding of the B2B market and commercial sales models.
- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenditure.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on feedback regarding marketing tools and activities.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activations and follow-through.
