We’re looking for a Digital Content & Platform Specialist — a creative, tech-savvy professional who can design engaging content while also maintaining and developing our digital ecosystem.
This hybrid role blends storytelling, digital design, platform development, and AI-powered automation to support both internal teams and external clients. It is unique opportunity for the right candidate to develop both content and the method of delivery to end users.
You’ll be responsible for creating branded content across learning platforms, websites, and social media, as well as building and managing web pages and low-code web applications using tools like WordPress, PowerApps, Bubble.io and Softr. You’ll also explore and implement AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design digital content from a suite of assets and product briefs.
- Maintaining and optimising the company website and social media pages.
- Develop and maintain various digital platforms for both internal and client use. These include Learning Management Systems, Reporting User Interfaces, Internal HR platforms etc.
- Use AI tools to automate and improve internal and client workflows.
- Research and develop new formats and platforms to deliver content.
- Manage multiple external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as brand guardian for all client and internal content to ensure that every asset is on brand and compliant.
Skills and Experience
- Enjoy storytelling, storyboarding and creating a strong narrative.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in designing high-quality presentations.
- CMS and LMS knowledge (Preferably WordPress)
- Web-App Low-Code tools knowledge (Preferably PowerApps, Bubble.io, Softr)
- AI Prompt Engineering
- AI workflows automation (Preferably Microsoft Power Automate)
- Previous experience using Authoring Tools (Preferably dominKnow)
- Passion and knowledge of photography and camera functionalities are a benefit (Preferably Canon products)
