Big Picture has provided technical sales and training teams to the IT and electronics industry worldwide since 1996. Clients have included Dell, Intel, Microsoft, Canon, Amazon, and Lenovo, working across all segments and verticals.
Big Picture's award-winning teams work with direct sales, channel partners, and customers to drive adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions to a global audience. As our teams expand further, we are looking for an Account Team Manager to manage the delivery of sales and enablement services to a key client across the UK Channel business. The role will manage multiple teams of Technical Sales and Business Development Managers throughout the UK.
Successful candidates will have experience within the compute sales channel, compute direct sales and have successfully managed teams. Understand the clients' objectives on sales and training outcomes for the team to deliver to direct sales, channel partners and customers. This will involve planning both team activities and measurement criteria to ensure the team overachieves on expectations.
Build a strong cadence of reporting to measure success and identify training/service gaps. Manage the day-to-day delivery of the services and report progress against objectives both internally and with the clients. Identify any instances of underperformance or knowledge/skills gaps and build a program to support the teams in removing any barriers to success.
Improve the ongoing service delivery by collating feedback from all internal and external stakeholders and recommending changes to align with more successful outcomes. Support the extended team by delivering product presentations and keynotes during roadshows.
Proven track record of driving teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
