ABOUT BIG PENNY
Big Penny Social is a community and event hospitality company based in Walthamstow. Our flagship venue, Big Penny Social, embodies everything we are about. It’s a pub, arts centre and town square rolled into one - a huge building that brings friends, family and the community together. Open every day for a pint or a pizza, there’s always something going on thanks to our programme of entertainment and events; from markets to comedy, live music, parties, and everything in between. In mid 2025 we also opened Flukes, a stylish competitive socialising space within Big Penny Social.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Social & Content Manager owns the creative direction, content creation and growth of our social channels for Big Penny Social and Flukes, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. This is a senior, hands‑on creative role with real autonomy. You’ll set direction, test ideas and make decisions, with support from the Head of Brand & Marketing. Above all, this role defines our social voice — building community, driving engagement, supporting ticket sales and bringing the personality of Big Penny Social and Flukes to life online.
