About the Role
As a Diagnostic Technician in our Camberley Showroom, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our vehicles are in excellent condition and ready for collection by performing diagnostic assessments and repairs on vehicles prior to sale, ensuring they meet the required quality standards before reaching customers. The Diagnostic Technician will work within the On‑Site Sales Technician team to identify and resolve issues accurately, contributing to efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

- Experienced Diagnostic Technician or Junior Technician Level 3 Vehicle Technician Qualification (semi‑skilled or qualified technicians welcome)
- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections to a high standard, ensuring all mechanical repairs are identified and addressed effectively.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults, ensuring vehicles meet pre‑sale quality standards.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults through systemic diagnostics.
- Utilise wiring diagrams proficiently to trace faults.
- Competently operate diagnostic instruments.
- Conduct basic coding and programming operations, ensuring electronic systems function optimally.
- Source required information including technical manuals and software tools to support accurate diagnosis and repairs.
