About the Role
As a member of the Handover team you will play a key part in the smooth handover of cars to customers ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained. As part of the Handover team you will be responsible for presenting a professional front at all times and being a champion of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inform customers of transaction progress, making appointments and confirmation calls in advance of collection.
- Ensure vehicles are thoroughly checked and meet required standard before customer collection.
- Verify deal files to confirm all relevant paperwork and monies received and completed correctly.
- Use online websites to tax the customer’s vehicle (or provide V62 form and relevant advice) and offer insurance arrangements.
- Hand over the vehicle to the customer, explaining necessary information to ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Provide the Garden X Kit if included in the customer order.
- Complete paperwork for the Part Exchange vehicle as applicable.
- Build relationships with customers to receive positive Trust Pilot reviews and repeat business.
- Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and timely, ensuring high accuracy.
