The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
Up to 95% of our cars are priced below market value, saving customers up to ÂŁ3,000 compared to other dealers.
How our administration fees work:
- All retail customers pay a compulsory admin fee of ÂŁ300.
- For customers who have previously purchased from Big Motoring World within the last 24 months, a reduced admin fee will apply of ÂŁ150.
- Trade sales customers and customers exporting vehicles overseas will pay a compulsory admin fee of ÂŁ650.
Licence/Certification: Full Manual UK Driving License (required).

As a Sales Controller, you’ll be the driving force behind your site’s success — motivating your team, maximising every sales opportunity, and ensuring our customers leave delighted (and driving something they love).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily sales operation and report directly to Management.
- “Second face” customers to close deals and enhance satisfaction.
- Support the sales team with motivation, training, and leadership.
- Implement winning sales plans to hit and exceed targets.
- Promote finance and insurance products with confidence and integrity.
- Manage payments and finance agreements efficiently.
- Deliver a seamless, premium sales experience for every customer.
- Handle all documentation and compliance quickly and accurately.
