We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our receivables function, helping to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in finance to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience in managing financial transactions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible hours)

Day to Day:
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and promptly.
- Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain settlement logs and complete all relevant checks.
- Ensure exchanges are processed in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with sites regarding payment queries and account statuses, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within invoicing and administrative processes.
- Complete ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.
