We’re building a brand‑new, high‑performing Finance Lead Generation Team at our Gillingham Head Office, and this is your opportunity to get in right at the start. In this role, you’ll support the Lead Generation Manager in delivering a professional, finance‑first customer journey from first enquiry through to qualified appointment. You’ll handle finance‑led customer enquiries, conduct soft and hard credit searches, submit finance proposals, and ensure all customer data is captured accurately. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and enjoys working with both customers and internal sales teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engaging with finance‑led customer enquiries – both inbound and outbound calls, delivering a professional, customer‑focused experience every time.
- Managing customer journeys and live interaction – identifying those checking their credit profile, converting them into full finance proposals, and turning approvals into confirmed appointments.
- Connecting with customers ready to upgrade into a newer car for a similar monthly payment, helping them make confident, informed decisions.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring every lead, contact, and proposal is logged, tracked, and followed up to maximise conversion.
- Upholding the highest standards of compliance and quality assurance, ensuring every interaction aligns with our regulatory, ethical, and customer‑service commitments.
