The Finance Assistants deal with all Finance and Insurance transactions for customers to complete the purchase of their vehicle within our Showroom. You will provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to our Customers when purchasing a vehicle, ensuring a positive Customer experience. We also offer a bonus scheme for our Financial Administrators.
Responsibilities
- To assist the Customer with completing online Finance Applications.
- To take accurate payment for vehicles sold.
- To ensure that Customers are kept informed of the transaction process.
- To ensure that duties are carried out diligently and within FCA compliance standards.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using Company systems to log data.
- To ensure that all point-of-sale materials are displayed in all offices.
- Build relationships with Customers with a view to receiving positive Trust Pilot Reviews, and repeat future business.
- To undertake administrative duties as required to support the Finance Team.
- Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and in a timely manner ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- To conduct any other reasonable duties as requested.
