As a member of our Yard team you will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and organisation of the site under the direction of the Sales Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the site is continually stocked and presented to a high standard.
- Re-arranging stock as required.
- Assisting sales staff with stock selection, when required.
- Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work.
- Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues alike and treat everyone with respect.
Person Specification:
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence – any job offer that requires driving company vehicles is subject to a DVLA check, and applicants with six or more penalty points or a previous disqualification may not meet our insurance requirements and therefore may not be eligible for employment.
- You will have good communication skills, be confident to liaise with stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated with high standards.
- An organised team player with a positive outlook and proactive and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Demonstrates a flexible approach to work that is focused on “getting the job done.”
