Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
• 40 hours per week
• No weekends

Pay: £25,456.18-£28,320.00 per year

Description

We\’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional post-sale customer support. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless after sales experience from start to finish.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring swift resolutions, guidance and support.
• Be able to coordinate bookings with our service centres, select locations that are accessible, have the correct availability and able to repair the requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact between customers and service centres, ensuring clear communication, authorisation of repairs and the timely completion of work.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document any interactions with customers with regular updates.

Desirable candidate requirements

• Previous Customer Service experience
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Exceptional Telephone Manner
• Organised and Punctual
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to solve problems
